Q: What should I expect after I contact Thomas Energy?

A: If your project is within our scope of work, we will schedule a site inspection and meeting with Thomas. We may send you a ballpark estimate for the work prior to the site inspection. After your site inspection, you will receive an updated estimate. If you approve the estimate, the next step is a signed contract and deposit for the work. The contract can be signed electronically or through the mail, and the deposit can be cash or check. After this is complete, your work can be scheduled.

Q: How far out do you schedule?

A: How far out we schedule varies and may depend on the work you need done. Please contact us for an estimated timeframe for your work. 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash or check only. We also offer financing through the National Energy Improvement Fund. Learn more about financing by clicking here.

Q: Do you give free estimates?
